How long does a refund take after a failed recharge?+
Failed recharges are automatically reversed within 24–48 hours. If it takes longer, register a complaint above with your Order ID.
My recharge shows "Pending" — what should I do?+
Pending means the operator is still confirming your transaction. Refresh Order History after a few minutes; if it stays pending beyond an hour, contact support.
Can I download my invoice again later?+
Yes — open Order History, tap "View Order" on any past order, and click "Download Invoice" as many times as you need.
How do I change my registered email?+
Go to Account Settings, click "Change Email", enter the new address and Proceed. A confirmation link will be sent to the new email.
